Iron(III) Toluenesulfonate, Tetrahydrate
is used for the oxidative polymeriztion of heterocyclic monomers.
This allows the manufacture of intrinsicall conductive polymer
coatings.
For this purpose, Iron(III) Toluenesulfonate Tetrahydrate and
heterocyclic monomers are mixed. The mixture can be diluted
with solvents such as isopropanol, Methanol, or acetone.Organic
binders and adhesive agents such as polyvinyl acetate Or epoxysilanes
can be added in order to improve the adhesive properties. |
